What's included
We install new plumbing hardware such as faucets, showerheads, and sink fittings, and we clear minor drain clogs in sinks and tubs.
When an appliance backs up, we clean it and troubleshoot the cause. We clean out or replace kitchen disposals, and we install mini bars.
Dedate is engineer owned and operated. When new hardware is part of the job, we'll go over the options with you and pick parts that fit your budget and the fixtures you already have.
What we don't do
No gas lines, ever. We don't work on sewer mains, main water lines, or water heaters, and we don't move or add pipes inside walls. Large plumbing jobs and emergencies such as burst pipes, flooding, or sewage coming up through drains need a licensed plumber; shut off the water at the main and call one.

How to prepare
Find your main water shutoff and the shutoff valves under the sink or behind the appliance we're working on, then clear out everything stored under the sink.
If you bought the hardware, have it on site with the box and instructions.
Safety notes
Know where your shutoff is before anything goes wrong. A small drip under a sink can mean a larger leak inside a wall or floor, so if you see water stains, warped floors under the sink, or a musty smell, mention it in your request.
Never put your hand inside a disposal, even with it switched off.
