A family-owned company with an engineer's approach.
Dedate Home Services is family owned and operated. The business was started by a civil engineer who spent his early career building luxury homes. A couple of years ago the family moved to the Pacific Northwest, and the work has been centered here ever since.
Since the move the focus has been painting: residential and commercial interiors, along with a steady run of smaller projects. Working across all of it is how the region gets learned properly, including what works well here, what does not, and what clients here care about most.
Dedate works with clients in English and in Spanish. Questions, walkthroughs, and bids are welcome in either language.

Products are chosen for how they actually perform and how long they last, prep happens before the first coat rather than around it, and a project stays open until the work is genuinely complete.
