What's included
We paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors in houses, apartments, and commercial spaces. Before any color goes on, we patch and prep the surfaces, since prep is what decides how long a finish holds up.
Dedate is engineer owned and operated, and we pick the paint with you: we talk through the rooms, how they're used, and your budget, then choose products that fit both.
Every job starts with a fixed, itemized bid, so you can see what each room or surface costs before you agree to anything.
What we don't do
We don't paint exteriors right now. Drywall isn't a standalone service either: we patch what painting needs, but if a wall has to be hung, replaced, or rebuilt, you'll want a drywall contractor first.
If your project isn't a good fit for Dedate, we'll do our best to help you find a partner who can complete the job.
How to prepare
Move small items, wall hangings, and anything fragile out of the rooms on the list. We can work around heavy furniture, so tell us about it in your request.
If you've picked colors, have the names or codes handy. Keep pets out of the work area during the visit.
Safety notes
Paint fumes build up in closed rooms. Open windows or run a fan while we work and for a while after, and let us know if anyone at home is sensitive to odors, pregnant, or has breathing problems so we can plan the order of rooms around them.
